Introduction: A crying statue spotted in a central Birmingham graveyard.

Rose Wilkinson was documenting vandalism in public spaces near her home in central Birmingham when she came across this angel statue on a grave. The Statue caught her eye because it appears to be crying.

 "I was using my granddaughter's camera when I looked up and noticed it." Rose said, "I was really sad that the gravestones were being treated so disrespectfully. When I saw the statue crying I felt so sad and shocked but it seemed to make sense." Rose was reluctant to reveal the exact location of the statue for fear that it will ruin an otherwise peaceful spot or attract further vandalism.
