Introduction: A local myth about an abandoned graveyard leads a group of friends to swallow their fears and investigate the truth.

This Youtube video shows a group of friends enter a gated, overgrown cemetery. The explanation alongside the video describes a rumour that has circulated since the friends were at school. In the centre of the graveyard stands a large, black gravestone, when touched the large cast iron gates are said to close trapping those inside.

The group explains that they did not believe it to be true and so went to investigate one afternoon. To their surprise and amusement the gate has in fact shut. Although not locking them inside the group are suitably intrigued. The person filming returned later that night, again with friends, to see if anything more sinister would occur. Again the gate closed, this time with chains locking them inside.

The group were not harmed during their ordeal, apart from the scrapes and scratches they received whilst trying to find an alternative way out of the cemetery.

It seems this particular ghost or ghoul likes the notoriety and simply plays games with anyone brave enough to enter.
